Pottery Wheel Taster Session

Rainy day in Keswick? Why not have a go on the potters wheel? In this relaxed, hands on workshop you will be guided by an experienced potter as you learn how to create you're own pots on the wheel. Expect plenty of encouragement, laughter and a chance to make memories with friends and family in the Lake District! Session Details - Duration 1.5 hours - Price £40 per Adult - Price £30 per Child under 16 (must be accompanied with a booked adult) - All under 18s must be accompanied with a booked adult - Maximum 6 places What's Included? - All materials and equipment - Expert tuition from an experienced potter - Throwing demonstration - 1.5 Hours of Pottery wheel experience - Your favourite pot professionally glazed and fired Your finished piece will be ready to collect from the studio or posted to you approximately 4 weeks after your session. There will be a charge on the day for postage if needed. Aprons are provided. For Safety and Comfort - Participants must follow all instructions given by studio staff. - Long hair must be tied back and jewellery must be removed before using the wheels. - Short nails are recommended, as long nails can make throwing difficult. - Do not book this class if you have a pace maker.
